Our annual maintenance contract covers all the major servicing needs of your irrigation system throughout the year. Our package includes the following servcies:

WINTERIZATION
· Turn Sprinkler system off
· Winterize and deactivate electronic controller(s) and all valves in the system
· Blow out the water out of the sprinkler system by air compressor
· Lubricate and rustproof all gear driven sprinkler heads

SPRING START-UP
· Pressurize sprinkler system
· Reactivate controller(s) and all valves in the system and program for automatic
  Operations - install new 9v back-up battery
· Evaluate, inspect, test system and adjust sprinkler for coverage
· Any necessary repairs up to the maximum two man hours, parts extra.

MID-SEASON SERVICE
· Included in this agreement is an additional service call which may be
  required for repairs and/or sprinkler/electronic controller adjustments
· Any necessary repairs up to the maximum two man hours, parts extra.
